Thank you for choosing to support patients and families at Wellington's Hospitals.
If you are ordering special items for yourself or a loved one in Hospital, we will endeavour to deliver these items in an appropriate time. Below is what you can expect.

Purchasing from Wellington Hospitals & Health Foundation and The Gift Shop
Wellington Hospitals & Health Foundation purchasing gives customers convenient, quick, easy and secure purchasing.
Merchandise displayed on the site and within The Gift Shop at Wellington Hospital can be purchased using secure online Mastercard, Visa and American Express transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms.
Security
A secure Hosted Payment page solution from DPS is used to process online orders. Customers can see their cards being authorized and debited in real time, all in an SSL secure environment. The Hosted Payment page enables us to offer customers a safe and speedy online shopping experience.
Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (12.5% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
For international orders, the price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
Delivery
We have free delivery to patients in Wellington Hospital as it is delivered by our Hospital Volunteers. We will endeavour to deliver your item within 24hours of receiving your order. To make this easier, please include the patients Ward number if possible (e.g. 5 North).
If your item is for a residential or business address, this will be posted out within 48 hours of receiving your order. The item will be sent by post so please allow up to 10 working days for it to arrive in New Zealand and 21 working days for it to arrive outside of New Zealand.
There is an optional charge for delivery which you will see when you order.
Refunds
If you are not entirely happy with your item and are seeking a refund, please contact us at admin@whhf.org.nz with your name, contact details and the reason you would like a refund.
Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. In most cases we will request the item is returned to us and then we will issue a refund.
Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
