Dominion Post donates to Children's Hospital
7 November 2008Paul Elenio, General Manager of The Dominion Post, has donated $5,000 to the Wellington Hospitals and Health Foundation for the Wellington Children's Hospital Stolen Toy Appeal.
The donation was presented at the 20th annual Wellingtonian of the Year awards held at the Wellington Town Hall on Thursday, 6 November.
With Christmas just around the corner, the donation is timely as we hope to bring the joy, colour and excitment of the Christmas season to the Childrens Wards for the Sick Kids who cannot be home over the festive period.
